Ensure You Receive Our Emails! Add Us to Your Safe Senders List.

To make sure our emails don’t end up in your spam or junk folder, follow these simple steps to add us to your safe sender list or contacts. Find safe sender instructions for all email providers below.

Using a Work Email? Please Contact Your IT Department.

If you are using a company or work email address (e.g., yourname@yourcompany.com), your IT department may have spam filtering systems (e.g., SpamTitan, Barracuda, Mimecast, Proofpoint, etc.) that block external emails.

If you are not receiving our emails, forward this message to your IT department and ask them to:

    • Whitelist our email address info@SpokaneFallsTower.com
    • Add our domain to the safe senders list @SpokaneFallsTower.com

Gmail (@gmail)

  • Open your Spam Folder. Find our email, open it and click “Not Spam.”
  • (Optional) Create a filter:
    • Click the gear icon (⚙️) → See all settingsFilters and Blocked AddressesCreate a new filter.
    • Enter our email in the From field, click Create filter, then select “Never send it to Spam” and “Always mark as important.”

Apple Mail (@iCloud, @me, @mac)

  • Find our email in your Junk folder, move it to the Inbox by tapping Move MessageInbox.
  • Then open the email from us.
  • Tap the sender’s email at the top.
  • Select “Add to VIP” or “Add to Contacts.”

Outlook / Hotmail / MSN (@outlook, @hotmail, @live, @msn)

  • Open Outlook.com and find an email from us.
  • Find our email in the Junk Email folder, right-click it and choose ReportNot Junk.
  • In the dialog box, check Never send future messages from info@SpokaneFallsTower.com to the Junk Folder
  • Select Ok
  • (Optional) Add to Safe Senders:
    • Click Settings (⚙️) → View all Outlook settingsJunk Email.
    • Under Safe senders and domains, click Add, enter our email, and click Save.

Yahoo (@yahoo, @ymail, @rocketmail)

  • Open Yahoo Mail and locate our email in the Spam Folder.
  • If the email is in Spam, mark it as “Not Spam.”
  • (Optional) Add to Safe Senders:
    • Hover over our sender name, then click “Add to contacts.”
    • Click Save.

Other Email Providers

  • Look for an “Add to Contacts” or “Whitelist” option in your email settings.
  • Move our email from Spam to the Inbox to help future emails land in the right place.
  • If using a corporate email, ask your IT department to whitelist our domain.
