What are the prices of the units?
We made the decision early on to release the pricing when the units are closer to being completed. We feel it is important that potential residents have the opportunity to see the quality and finishes and also experience the views and other amenities before they make any plans to purchase. The current plan is to release the pricing for certain units around January 1st, 2026.
When will the units be available to purchase?
We expect our first units on the second floor to be completed around January 1, 2026. The rest of the units will be completed every few weeks until the project is fully complete in the spring of 2026.
What amenities will be available?
There will be a fitness center, lobby/community room, pet wash room, pet relief area, mail room, and a package room. There will also be a secured courtyard with a grand entrance for tenants and guests.
While not in the tower, within half a block there is also a golf simulator, pickleball courts, cocktail bar, and a planned dog park.
What is the parking situation?
Floors 1 and 2 will have private 1 and 2 car garages available to only tenants of the building. Tenants will also have the option to purchase additional parking garages in the tower or on the north parking lot. There will also be private parking for guests of the tower in the parking lot just north of the site.
How big are the units?
The sizes range from 520 SF studios to 3,100 SF 3 bedroom penthouses. Please visit the floor plan section of the website to see all the unit configurations.
