Architecture
Spokane is a city of contrasts, historic yet forward looking. From the strength of its historic brick buildings to the kinetic force of the Falls, this setting demands architecture that both honors and elevates its environment. The team behind Spokane Falls Tower embraced that challenge. Drawing from Spokane’s architectural lineage and the rhythm of the Falls, the design celebrates proportion, permanence, and authenticity. Each detail reflects the spirit of the North Bank, a design that belongs entirely to its place.
Building
Spokane Falls Tower takes inspiration from its natural and urban context. Its design reflects both the untamed energy of the Falls and the refined craftsmanship that has shaped Spokane’s architectural heritage. Warm brick and refined metal accents echo the city’s industrial roots while introducing a clean, vertical rhythm. Expansive windows frame sweeping views of the Falls, the city skyline, the North Bank, and the distant mountains, allowing light and landscape to define every home.
Design
Every element of Spokane Falls Tower was thoughtfully composed, a conversation between natural texture, light, and precision. The brick façade draws from Spokane’s tradition of masonry and reinterpreted through a modern lens. Subtle variations in tone and depth create a play of light that shifts throughout the day, much like the movement of the Falls below. Corners, recesses, and balconies are individually detailed, giving the building a rhythm that feels both contemporary and timeless. Here, craftsmanship isn’t ornament; it’s identity.
Craftsmanship
Anchored by strength and defined by detail, Spokane Falls Tower stands as a testament to Spokane’s culture of making. Inspired by the city’s legacy of hands-on craftsmanship, the Tower reflects a deep respect for material, form, and the people who bring them together. From its solid concrete structure to its basket weave brick façade, every component conveys permanence and authenticity. The building’s textures and lines express quiet confidence, the result of skill, coordination, and pride in craft. More than a structure, it is a work of collective artistry shaped by human hands and Spokane’s enduring spirit.
Arrival
From the moment residents arrive, the rhythm of the North Bank gives way to calm. The gated entry is framed by brick pilasters compliment the tower’s architectural design. A single ponderosa pine and a twelve foot pine cone sculpture rising 8 feet above the ground stand at the entrance, creating a welcoming scene that feels both grand and deeply connected to Spokane’s natural landscape. Crossing the threshold, guests experience a transition from city energy to quiet sanctuary, a space where design, comfort, and calm set the tone for life within.
